Jacquard fabric
It is a kind of fabric with patterns woven directly on the cloth surface through a special loom. Unlike printing or embroidery, jacquard patterns will not fall off or fade, and have a higher three-dimensional sense, artistic sense and durability. Jacquard fabric process flow
Preliminary preparation Pattern design: Use software to draw the pattern and convert it into a digital file (design drawing) that can be recognized by the jacquard machine. Yarn selection and machine adjustment: Determine the material and color of the yarn, and adjust the number of needles, heald frame and other equipment parameters of the large jacquard machine.
Key production steps Warping: Wind the yarn parallel to the warp beam to ensure uniform tension. Warp and reed: Pass the warp through the heald frame and reed according to the pattern rules (control the rise and fall and spacing of the warp). Input program: Import the digital pattern into the jacquard machine computer system and set the number of pattern needles (control the number of warp threads). Open weft insertion: The jacquard machine lifts part of the warp according to the program to form a shed (weft channel). Use a mechanical device to introduce the weft into the shed, and the reed tightens the weft and warp to interweave. Circular weaving: Repeat the opening, weft insertion, and weft beating actions to gradually weave a complete pattern.
Post-processing Finishing after the machine: cleaning, shaping, and dyeing of the grey cloth (if multi-color effect is required). Quality inspection and packaging: Check whether the pattern is misaligned or has any defects, and cut and roll the cloth after it passes the inspection.
